those notices which cannot be delivered. the notice for this order was not returned as undeliverable.
 
Further, we have no records of ever being contacted by this customer until October 3rd, 2015 (8"01pm) -- and that was a call after hours where no message was left. We show another call at 7:4 on November 32nd, and that call hung up. This service was cancelled on November 17th. We have been sending magazines since June. The customer was read our toll free number during the call when the offer was made. It was included in the welcome notification. It appears next to each billing.
 
Last, we notice that the order was placed by [redacted] but the cancellation was made by [redacted].

(We apologize, but we did not properly receive this complaint by email or mail -- we logged in to the Revdex.com site for another purpose and saw it as a pending, open complaint. We are having complaint delivery issues.)
This customer called our customer service center on 4/20/15 and was given a full...

refund the same day and prior to when her complaint was filed with the Revdex.com.
Regarding magazines, customers are advised that publishers can take up to 8 weeks for subscriptions to arrive -- something we are unable to control.
