Please find below the details of the customer’s enrolment and contact with our
company.On Feb 5th the customer was offered
our servicesThe call recording was then reviewed by our internal compliance
team on Feb
12th Upon review of the call, it was determined
that the customer agreed to the terms and conditions of the offer which were
clearly presented so the sale had full consent from the customer.On March 1st 2016, the customer’s account
was canceled and a member of our Customer Service team refunded both the $
and the $charge to the customer’s credit cardThe customer was fully
refunded for a total of $21.90.A welcome letter was issued to the customer’s address *** *** ** *** *** MN on Feb 13th 2016. We anticipated that the mail would have been
delivered by Feb 19th We are sorry that the customer has not
received the materials earlierWe take matters like this very seriously and
have investigated and taken appropriate action in an effort to avoid further
incidents. And as part of our
satisfaction guarantee, the customer has already been refunded and their
membership has been canceled since March 1st We hope that this resolution is to the customer’s

to the terms and conditions of the offer. On June 2, 2016, the records in the customer’s records indicates

cancellation.  The customer’s account was
canceled and a member of our Customer Service team refunded in FULL all charges
made to the customer’s credit card. The customer was refunded two payments of
$149.95 each totaling $299.90.  We apologize that the free airline offer is no longer available due
to our benefit provider being unable to fulfill travel offers.  This is unfortunately beyond the control of
MagazineSavers.com.  We take customer
satisfaction very seriously and will gladly replace the travel offer with $500
in gas vouchers if the customer would agree to it.  We hope that this resolution is to the customer’s satisfaction and
