Totally false, I brought over a sample of blue mista, before job was started because blue stone was not availableI explain to *** it was a granite but was more durable( not to mention more in cost which I covered that extra cost and honor original estimate.) And as agreed to with *** I
explained job would take a few weeks because we were booked upAnd we would work a few Saturday s to finishAlso 10% discount was given because it took us a little longer because of weatherWhen walkway was completed *** was not happy with a few cuts on paversSo we happy pulled them up and recut and fixedThere was no issues with work when it was completedWe even lent tools to customer ( drill and bits ) for them to install railingsRailings were to be installed by customer as agreed onI will refund or fix if your not happyBut a full refund is ridiculousThere is no issue with walkway correct?Please let me know how we can resolve thisAnd please return or tools

The work was never completed When I did not hear from ***, I called a number of times to explain that I was unhappy and there were issues with the work, but never received a response via phone, email or text message I have the drill he lent me (no bits - I purchased the bits myself) and it has been sitting where he left it waiting to be picked up *** never responded to me or returned to the job site to get the drill. The issues we would like to be compensated for:- The pieces of stone on the top landing are uneven and poorly installed Desired resolution: Hire someone else to remove and reset the stones - $400 - The sides of each tread were supposed to be rock faced and I was told that wouldn't be a problem to complete *** told me he would get someone to come by and do the rock facing, because he wasn't sure he could do it himself (after the steps were already installed and half the steps were rockfaced) More than half the steps were left undone Desired resolution: Hire someone to rock-face the sides of the treads - $200 - We had several issues with the walkway and we were forced to pay someone else to fix it because *** did not respond (it had become a safety hazard when our daughter stepped on a paver and fell when it shifted) Almost all (80%) of the pavers along the edge came loose and needed to be reinstalled along with edging to keep them from moving in the future Additionally, pavers in the middle of the path were loose and uneven, which required half the walkway pavers to be re-set Desired resolution: Pay for the cost we incurred in hiring someone else to remove and reset the stones - $400 At this point, we just want to resolve this and move on Regards,
