Fantastic property management group!! We contacted the Jander Group shortly after purchasing our first rental property last year That was the best decision we made with our rental home! The group at Jander was extremely helpful in helping us identify what needed to be fixed prior to listing the property Once listed, they had an excellent renter identified within a few days, and the property is going to remain with the same renter for another year! Any repair issues are handled without any stress or worry on our part The management fee is nominal and well worth all the support we have received from the Jander Group I would highly recommend this company
We have been renters with The JANDER Group since 2002. Our experience and relationship with Jander has been exemplary. Any and every time we have requested repairs and/or maintenance issues they have been addressed quickly or we were told exactly when it would be taken care of.
All of Jander's contracted maintenance or repair personnel have been very professional and courteous.
Kathy T[redacted], the maintenance coordinator, is wonderful. She responds to the maintenance request form submitted normally the very next day. Vey professional.
Last, but not least, Mike W[redacted] and Nicholas M[redacted] have always been available and open to our needs.
Being a long time apartment renter that was looking for the privacy and comfort of a house, I was very fortunate to find The Jander Group.
I've heard horror stories in which tenants try to rent directly from owners of houses and realized I was much better off going with a property run by a property management team.
Jacki was extremely helpful, patient, and responsive to all of my questions. All the people that I met at the Jander office were very friendly, good hearted down to earth people.
The house I rented was in immaculate shape upon move in. New carpet, new appliances, everything was especially clean and well kept.
The pool was maintained by a long time pool company that was in and out and kept the pool in great condition. Kudos to the people of Jander as I've read that the maintenance of these homes are something they pride themselves on.
Very positive experience with Jander. I had put in a maintenance request for an exterior light issue and was contacted same day and was assisted by a nice older gentleman that fixed the issue next business day. He called beforehand to coordinate a time that would work for me, which is nice.
Very happy with my situation and with Jander. I was in and out of central Florida apartment complexes over the past 7 years and it seemed like any time I walked into my apartment complex leasing office, there was a new management company and new faces- so this has been a refreshing transition to work with people whoI know and who know me. My only regret is not moving away from an apartment complex sooner.
