Color matching new windows with remaining windows/doors can be impacted by several factors, including lighting, age/condition of existing windows, material variations, and numerous other factors. In this case, although UWD delivered the windows in the color that the customer selected, the customer was not satisfied with the color. However, after numerous conversations with the customer attempting to achieve a fair and amicable resolution for both parties, we have now ordered new windows for this project that should be a better match, and we are confident that this matter has been resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
