I reieved the letter from the Revdex.com letter from Mr. [redacted].There where several incrrections in his complaint form.One he didnt include the workorder out of the two workorders he got which would show that several thung wher explanied wrong...
to the Revdex.com. On th ework oreder they got the day we checked it it stated that the chase cover was in several pieces and is not the correct way to do it.Misss Waters was giving the choice to reolace it or try and seal it if could,she chpicked to seal do to money. ON January 1st 2016 we went out to do what we could with what we had to work with this is the cor\py that was not sent to the Revdex.com,IT stated that the metal used was a cheap grade and made oit of several pieces and the material used to seal would not hold up just do metal flexing from hot and cold,The workorder stste the material will notg hod up on cheap materail and we have a signed document to this fact, If not replaced with proper material the wood in chase will rot and eventually need to mr berebuilt.I have a heavy heart over this,we tried several times to let them coat it at no charge but no was our answer.
