This is the email response I sent to [redacted] ***' fiancee on March 12, Plus, there are many more [redacted] disenrolled his child because of something to do with his returning to work, not anything to do with safety I cannot imagine any safety concerns they might have had with a 5-year old However, this is a common excuse some parents use to get out of the requirements of the contract Plus, they were supposed to give us two weeks' notice via a Child Withdrawal Form, but they did not comply[redacted] has been sent his refund check and, if he still desires a courtesy statement, I will be more than happy to send him one.-------------------------------------------Ms [redacted] ,I went back through every email that is on record for you and [redacted] I have an email from him from yesterday The most recent since before that was on Oct (attached) He has NOT emailed me a few times with no response unless he used an invalid email address. The Oct email dealt with the account being put on a temporary leave of absence, not something we typically do, but I wanted to help you all out The $was left on your account as requested in order to be used upon your return There has been NO request for a refund and no "no response from you" as you stated. Please leave out the intentionally insulting remarks about unprofessionalism as this just plain isn't so [redacted] has worked with you in a highly professional manner You need to research your statements more carefully as this is embarrassing to you.Go ahead and contact the Revdex.com I will be more than happy to provide them documentation that shows them where you are in error In the meantime, I will work on getting your refund mailed to you You were on the ACH program (bank draft), not credit card, therefore, I have to mail a check to you Please provide a current mailing address Expect about two weeks for your check to arrive.Mr***-------------------------------------------+This is the email from the previous day that I was responding to:Good morning Mr***,My fiancé has emailed you a few times and we have not yet gotten a response backOur daughter, [redacted] was in the after school program & we pulled her out once he had returned from workWe have a $credit from your facility & have been trying to reach you about getting refunded to our credit cardAs the weeks pass & having no response from you regarding this issue we are becoming concerned and starting to get frustratedBoth of us would appreciate a prompt response as this does not reflect a professional or positive relationship with your customersWe have been patient & understanding but now we are considering filing a complaint with the Revdex.com due to the fact that so much time has passed since our initial point of contact with youWe are awaiting a response from you & hope to hear back soon[redacted] Magellan Christian Academy May God's Love, Peace and Grace be with you and your family [redacted]

Technically per our agreement with this parent, she owed $from a past due balance Repeated attempts to collect on the credit card she gave us for this purpose were declined until finally being accepted She contacted us and this was explained to her She requested
reconsideration and a refund was granted

This is the email response I sent to [redacted]' fiancee on March 12, 2015.  Plus, there are many more.  [redacted] disenrolled his child because...

of something to do with his returning to work, not anything to do with safety.  I cannot imagine any safety concerns they might have had with a 5-6 year old.  However, this is a common excuse some parents use to get out of the requirements of the contract  Plus, they were supposed to give us two weeks' notice via a Child Withdrawal Form, but they did not comply.[redacted] has been sent his refund check and, if he still desires a courtesy statement, I will be more than happy to send him one.-------------------------------------------Ms. [redacted],I went back through every email that is on record for you and [redacted].  I have an email from him from yesterday.  The most recent since before that was on Oct 7 (attached).  He has NOT emailed me a few times with no response unless he used an invalid email address. The Oct 7 email dealt with the account being put on a temporary leave of absence, not something we typically do, but I wanted to help you all out.  The $70 was left on your account as requested in order to be used upon your return.  There has been NO request for a refund and no "no response from you" as you stated. Please leave out the intentionally insulting remarks about unprofessionalism as this just plain isn't so.  [redacted] has worked with you in a highly professional manner.  You need to research your statements more carefully as this is embarrassing to you.Go ahead and contact the Revdex.com.  I will be more than happy to provide them documentation that shows them where you are in error.  In the meantime, I will work on getting your refund mailed to you.  You were on the ACH program (bank draft), not credit card, therefore, I have to mail a check to you.  Please provide a current mailing address.  Expect about two weeks for your check to arrive.Mr. [redacted]-------------------------------------------+This is the email from the previous day that I was responding to:Good morning Mr. [redacted],My fiancé has emailed you a few times and we have not yet gotten a response back. Our daughter, [redacted] was in the after school program & we pulled her out once he had returned from work. We have a $70.00 credit from your facility & have been trying to reach you about getting refunded to our credit card. As the weeks pass & having no response from you regarding this issue we are becoming concerned and starting to get frustrated. Both of us would appreciate a prompt response as this does not reflect a professional or positive relationship with your customers. We have been patient & understanding but now we are considering filing a complaint with the Revdex.com due to the fact that so much time has passed since our initial point of contact with you.
