Very poor customer service! Rates very high for poor/lack of service provided
Employees were very rude when explaining repairs that were required to our hot tub, inappropriate language was used to us
Did not get consent before fixing items on hot tub, then when we did not authorize the repair, we were told it was to late, the old pieces were in the garbage and could not be retrieved and we were forced to pay for them
We paid several hundred dollars for delivery to out of town (Which we consented to and expected) However, upon delivery it was determined several parts were left in the shop and we were told we had to go back to shop and pick them up!! They were not responsible to re-deliver the parts THEY forgot
Overall service experience was bad! Would not recommend!!
Used them for a repair, the lack of diognosic skill was evident from the final bill (which was higher than quoted over the phone) after they 'needed' to replace EVERYTHING including the circuit breaker going to itAsked for all my 'broken' parts back and only received half of them; with the wires cut over a week laterA proper diagnosis instead of a major parts swap until the problem was fixed cost me ALLOT more than I was willing to spend on this hot tubIf for some reason you use Cal Spas DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS A CREDIT CARD NUMBER OVER THE PHONE! Get a written quote*** Look at other reviews before calling them; I wish I would have done my research before wasting my money with them
