Review: There are several complaints against this company:
1. There's zero communication between parties. We live in Texas and they're managing a property for us in Connecticut. Communication is the most important service to owners whom live outside the area of their rental property.
2. No contract communicated with the tenant for 2015. We have repeatedly asked for a copy but none or a mention was given.
3. The collection and communication of the rental fee is terrible. We're always in the dark as to when the rent will get paid. The current tenant is now two months late and we have no idea what is going on? If we cannot collect rent, we are close to foreclosure.Desired Settlement: We want our rent collected in a timely manner, and we want a rental agreement.
