Review: I placed an order for a custom product in April that I clearly noted in the sale remarks that if the product would not ship within a specified time frame, that I would need to be notified since it was for a friend's bachelorette party and needed by a specific date. After placing the order through the online order form on the website, with correct shipping information, I paid via paypal. When the payment went through, my unit number did not show up on the paypal side of the sale. When the product shipped, which was after my specified time frame and I was not notified as requested, it was shipped without my unit number at my address because unbeknownst to me the label was printed from paypal. After waiting several days and tracking the package, I contacted the company because the package had been returned and was never sent back out with the correct address. Instead of correcting the issue, the response I received from this company was not only rude, but made this seem as though it was my fault instead of the company's when the shipping information I provided on their website was correct. Regardless, I never received the merchandise I purchased from their company and I am fully aware that this merchandise was returned to them. So not only did they receive the goods, but they kept my money as well. In my opinion, this is theft. These are very poor business practices and after having been in the retail industry for over 15 years, I can assure them they will not be in business very long if they continue to do business in that manner.Please see the response I received below:[redacted]My people print the label directly from paypal. Review: I placed an order on July 4, 2013. One of the items they sent me was incorrect and another one was damaged. It is now September 6, 2013 and I still have yet to receive the correct items. I have sent the company at least ten e-mails and have called them several times. I have documentwtion of all of my attempte at communication with them. They have the WORST COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. They have never returned my e-mails, though on the rare occasions they answer the phone, they claim to have read them. They have told me a couple of times that they will ship my items the next day, yet they have failed to do so. They have essentially stolen money from me by taking my order and failing to send me my goods. As I have told them on the phone on more than one occasion, to say I am angry is a gross understatement. The person I spoke with on the phone, [redacted], had the gall to blame the problems on unreliable employees and her inablity to find quality workers. In reality, she is running an unreliable company and is apparantly not a very quality business owner. She is the one who has promised to send my items and ultimately it has been her responsibility to make sure that happens in a timely fashion. Clearly she has failed. I have informed the company on a handful of occasions that I would like to resolve the issue on our own, but if we were unable to do so, I was planning to contact the Revdex.com. Ultimately, last week I told them that if I did not have my items by the end of this business week, I would be filing a report. The end of this business week has come and gone and my items have failed to arrive, so I am following through on my promise. At one point they did e-mail me a coupon for $50 off of my next order "for my trouble" but they still failed to actually make the problem right by sending the items that I paid for. Absolutely unacceptable.Desired Settlement: At this point, I would really like for them to send me my items AND issue a full refund, though I have zero faith in them.

Though I received my item, after about 3 to 4 months, I am a very dissatisfied customer. Thank you for your attempts to help. I am not surprised you never heard back from them, as I did not either.

Review: Long story short, I went to clearview mall and ordered a gift from this stand, Maggie G's. The receipt that I received as well as the young lady at the booth stated that the gift would be there on Dec. 23rd after 6:00. We went to the stand at approximately 7:10 to pick up the gift. The young lady there stated that she could not find it and called the owner (Beth)I spoke to Beth and she asked if I could give her time to make it and meet her somewhere. The plan was to meet after about an hour and she asked me to call her when I was on my way. I did just that and could not reach her after about 6 calls and 45 more minutes later after the agreed time she calls me. She was very rude so I asked for a refund she proceeds to be very loud and talk over me saying that I should have asked for a refund before I put her through all of this trouble. She then very rudely asked for the last four digits of my card# and the date that it was purchased on I gave it to her and she hung up. Today 01/02/15 I called her because I did not receive my refund she was very rude again and proceeded to call me a spoiled brat. I was so not deserving of the way she treated me. I can not believe she is running a business this way. She was yelling so loud that my co worker heard her. I told her that I was going to report her and she proceeds to say that she doesn't care in a few choice words and that she is not scared of the Revdex.com. She agreed to a refund for a second time but this time made sure to tell me that she does not have to. I am so appalled at the way she spoke to me (how and what she said)I left those choice words out due to your statement in reference to using curse words. I do feel that I gave her more than enough opportunity to get what I paid for and was treated very poorly!Desired Settlement: Only what I spent $38.06

Review: I ordered 2 items from this company and never received my items. I have called multiple times and didn't get any help. I would like a full refund of 39.00.Desired Settlement: I would like this business to make my purchase good.

Review: I ordered a Christmas present for my daughter 5 weeks ago. I have never received the gift and my daughter leaves to go to her home (which is 3 hours away) today. I have e-mailed the company three times and have not gotten a response. I called the week before Christmas and was told that if it wasn't received by December 23rd to call them and they would take a picture of the item and e-mail it to me so I could wrap up the picture and give it to my daughter for Christmas. That's not good enough. I am very disappointed that I didn't have a gift to give my daughter on Christmas day.Desired Settlement: They can either send the item to my daughter so I don't have to re-mail it to her or refund my money. I also think that even if we do receive the item, I should get either free merchandise or a partial refund for the aggravation.

Review: I saw an advertisement for Ipad cases at MaggieG online store. I selected an item that clearly stated it was a "iPad 2,3,4 and iPad Mini Case" that could be personalized. When I received the item it was not a case at all as the description said. I contacted the company and they said that the thumbnail size picture shows it is a cover not a case. When I pointed out that it said case they ignored me and said it was not returnable. When I said that their site did not specify that items could not be returned they said it was there. I went back and looked and looked and still could not find anything about items not being able to returned or refunded. This company has been downright ornery about this whole matter claiming I should have known better and by seeing the item in a one inch thumbnail picture. I paid $40 plus S&H and returned the item BEFORE they emailed me and said it was not returnable. I received an email a week later saying the item had been refused delivery at their store and had been sent back to me. Well, I moved 2 weeks later to MO and never did receive the item back at my Colorado Springs address. Nor have I received a refund of the ridiculous price of $40 for a cheap piece of plastic. I am asking that you contact them to obtain a full refund for the item that was falsely advertised as a case when it is only a cover. Review: Please see email below indicating my situation with Maggie G Online services. To date I have still not received my order nor a response to my email. At this time I would like to file a complaint with the Revdex.com of Lousiana and have a full refund of any and all moneys paid to this company. Letter sent to Maggie G Online on August 14, 2013: On May 2, 2013, I ordered a Mini Ipad Personalization cover from your company. On May 25, 2013, I contacted you via email at [redacted] regarding my merchandise that had not been shipped to my attention as of date. According to your records my merchandise was shipped to an invalid address and was returned to your store per your policy. On July 18, 2013, I again paid for my merchandise to be re-shipped to my attention to a valid address. Per your policy your company stated that you would mail the merchandise out to my attention the next business day. On July 30, 2013, I emailed to your attention to [redacted] that I STILL had not received my Mini Ipad cover and received no response from your company. According to your policy implemented on your website once payment is received merchandise will be mailed to the customer within 7-10 business days. We are now at a total of 104 days since my original order and a total of 27 days since my repayment of shipping costs to your company. At this time, I would like to request that my order be shipped to my attention by NO later than Friday, August 23, 2013. If you are unable to meet my demand as a customer I will have no other choice but to contact the Revdex.com and report your company. In the event that I do not receive my merchandise by Friday, August 23, 2013, I would expect a FULL refund of my original payment along with my payment of re-shipment to my paypal account.
