Review: Maggie Le appraised my home for sale value, and did not include conveying personal property, per USPAP regulation 1.4g. This lowered the appraisal value enough to cause the buyer to back off from a fair sales price.Desired Settlement: Cash settlement in the amount of continuing balloon mortgage payments until the home can be re-appraised and sold for fair market value, or the difference between appraised and fair market value, whichever is less.
