Review: I bought an item of clothing at this store. I saw their return policy and it said that if returned within 30 days with receipt you would be given store credit. I was fine with that. My granddaughter tried on the article of clothing and loved it so I purchased it at full price. When we returned home (approximately a three hour drive from this business) my granddaughter put the put the blouse on. She wore it for approximately 2 hours and noticed that the embellishments were falling off of the blouse. I told her I would be returning to Moses Lake the next week and would exchange the blouse since this item was obviously poorly constructed. When I returned to the store they refused to exchange the item because it had been worn. I feel that if they are refusing to exchange a piece of clothing that falls apart within 2 hours of putting it on then their merchandise should be advertised "As Is". People are obviously going to wear the item they have purchased and according to the business you automatically void any option of returns by doing so. They sell a product that is meant to be worn and I would not expect the item to fall apart after a couple of hours of normal wear.Desired Settlement: Their policy clearly states that they will not refund money and I was aware of that so even though I would rather have my money back and never have to deal with them again, I would be happy if they would exchange the blouse for something of equal value.

Review: Purchased dress for daughter off discount rack. She is in a wheelchair, lengthy try-on process and we had to leave to pick up her sister so there was not time to try it on. $34.99 marked to $8.99 good enough to just go with. Later at home to try on and no zipper pull to close dress. I called them with the tags and receipt and the associate said all discount items are non returnable. I told her I completely understood this however the item was defective. She said most of the items on the discount rack are defective that is why they are discounted. (I thought the dress was so well priced because it was black and out of season...) I defended that the item should have been marked as defective, she asked if tag said 'as is' and I stated it did not. I explained that my daughter was the one that had just been in, in the wheelchair, that her birthday was the following day, August 2 2014 and that she was very disappointed. The associate handed the phone to someone else who started telling me the same things and said the rack was marked as defective merchandise. I told her it was not while we were there and we had just been there, no such sign was on the rack we shopped from. (I also bought two discount jackets in perfect condition from same rack). Both of the women concluded to me that there was nothing they could do. I was very open about my disappointment at their lack of interest in their customer service and stated I would not be returning to their store.,Desired Settlement: I would like to have the satisfaction of these women knowing that they are not above being held liable for their poor customer service. That they need to work with the public in order to keep their business going. I understand their no return sale policy and their 'as is' policy and they have most likely placed a sign over the merchandise by now but I want them to realize that they have hurt their business by not accommodating a young handicapped girl with a purchase problem from THEIR store.
