They charged my credit card on March **, 2013 for both magazines and I never received the National Enquirer magazine. I have left several phone messages and 4 emails. I have yet to receive a response from either. My invoice number is [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like the National Enquirer magazine subscription delivered for the 52 issues that I paid for. If not, I want my credit card refunded.

Response:

For the company: for the sake of future customers, please ensure that the non-descript voicemail system reflects your actual company to avoicd confusion. As well as responding to messages left in that voicemail box. Also, please ensure that your Unsubscribe link in your company newsletters work correctly.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Sincerely,

Review: I placed an order for 3 magazines (Readers Digest, Prevention & Money) on 1/**/2014. My order number was [redacted] and I paid $45 through my [redacted] credit card. After 2 months when I received no magazine I emailed magheaven and also left several messages. Whenever I called the call went straight to voicemail. No one has called back or responded to my emails and I have not received any magazine that I paid for. The website is still up and running and fleecing other people like me. If they cannot deliver they should not be offering their service.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and this business should not be allowed to advertise and defraud customers through their website.

Review: I placed an order with this company online on 12/**/13 for 52 issues/1 year subscription of US Weekly. I received a confirmation via email and my credit card was charged for $62.10 on 12/**/13.This charge was the order amount of $69.00 minus a discount of 10% with a promotion code I had which brought the total to $62.10. The website states that you should allow 8-12 weeks for your subscription to begin. On 3/**/14 I sent an email to the company asking them to check on this subscription as not one single issue had been received. I received an email response telling me to expect the subscription in the month of April. On 4/**/14 I called the number on my confirmation and left a message asking for someone to call me regarding my order. Note that whenever you call this number regardless of the day or time you will always get a recording telling you that "the Magic Jack customer you have reached is not available to please leave a message". That should be a flag in itself that a "so-called business" never answers the phone. I received a phone call later that same day from the company and was told that the reason I never received the subscription was because I only sent in a partial payment and therefore the subscription couldn't be processed. I demanded a refund and was told he would have to see if he could do that. Stated he would call me back in 20 minutes and I never heard from him. I called again on 4/** and again left a message. I received a call later the same day and was told that my order was received but my payment was not so that is why I haven't received my magazines. I told him I have a confirmation and he told me there are a lot of crooks out there and obviously someone hacked my card and took the payment. Makes no sense how he received my order but not my payment when it was done all together. He told me I should be careful how I use my credit card online but he would be glad to activate my order if I wanted to give him a phone payment. I advised him that I would be contacting Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I feel like I have been scammed by this company and I would like a full refund of $62.10
