I purchased a vehicle at magic auto center I asked for a car fax of vehicle it was denied I have concerns about miles on vehicle I called dmv and they said since last year in July the car was due for a smog and they haven't done it tags were also due in September and they are not up to date money I gave for down payment is being added to my balance instead of being credited

Review: 1) When vehicle was financed to us, we were told the car had a 125 pt inspection done by a certified professional mechanic and it passed all points of inspection with no problems. the car 2000 Buick Lesabre had a broken out pass side front window.2) We were told also that the car ran like a champ. When the keys were given to us the car was started and the l side headlight did NOT work 3) the car poured water under onto concrete and smoked from under the hood..%%% 4) we were told that we would be reimburse for gas due to all the times we had to drive to and from the repair shop for window and also the dealership to Get car looked at because it flooded several times inside pour floorboards from under the engine! I had my cell phones me ,tablet,camera and new shoes completely destroyed from this. The floorboard carpets cut out exactly in same areas where the carpet had extremely hot coolant and water pouring from. Burn marks still remain! We bought so much as tuff trying to fix &clean up the car and nothing works. I'm so heated I went in and told them the car swerved the headlights don't work interior lights stay on while I drive makes it hard to see.also we had expired registration kon vehicular when bought and we were told when we gfetstopped by law enforcement to let them know we just purchased vehicle and we were good but 2 times I was stopped due to registration and inside lights causing hazard to other drivers. I'm so mad! I am disabled and should NOT have to through all this!!! My disability (spinsL stenosis ) is triggered by stress and it's caused me many painful episodes of days I can't function from sell the stress I've had with the car! We are stranded as I am fine!ing complaint!they failed to send tow truck5days asgo and never called back or anything and a said he would send a tow truck!!!ridiculous!Desired Settlement: We would like a reliable vehicle! I want another vehicle from them that's newer and has no mechanical issues and compensation for the stress and consistent negligent repairs and service from them also a new contract this vehicles not worth more then $750 they tried selling g it to us for $2495 plus extra $2000 for finance and other stuff! No way! If I'm gonna pay $250/no the car has to be worth it and run!or make payments loiwer for the hassle and a newer model car and keep down pymnt!

Review: While under my 1 month or 1000mi warranty. I took the car back the next day because that night while driving the coolant indicator light and AC system showed problems. It also had a bad oil leak . Steve said he was embrassed that the car was not service coorectly before been put on lot to sale.Ask that I give him chance to correct issue. they added fuilds to coolant / oil and rechared the AC. was told to monitor .Took car back with info of missing coolant( not on ground) , adding oil myself, and AC no charge again. Steve asked me to leave car for repairs. Oil seal , Why coolant goes missing and AC leak. Loaner car also broke down on me.Ask to see work orders or get my copies but they never did. just would say work was done. When I got car back in a few days. had battery issue . The original one was stolen while getting repaired. Took car back and told Steve of problem and that still have original problems. Asked him if car had blown head gasket that why coolant issue . He said motor was rebuild previously. Continue to monitor for him. on Oct.15 2014 took car in for repairs that they planned and no one knew anything. Talk to Steve and he set up Oct. 17 2014 and said he would order oil seal for the work. Came in at 8:30 that morning and no mechanic or person had a clue of job . No work order nothing . Ask to see Steve and was told he was in Vegas . Ask reception to call him and tell him of my disapointment about being lied to. Never heard from him again. Have had to pay for other repairs even through it may have had a blown head gasket under his warranty in beginning.Desired Settlement: To many chances for his mechanics and his business to properly fix original problems that were under his 1 month/ 1000 mi warranty.(1) Refund all my money and cancel contract. (2)Pay for a licensed mechanic to do the work to my saticfaction . (3) give me the pink slip to the car so I may trade it before it breaks down plus close his business and never sale cars again.

Review: Have been trying to get my car fixed since I purchased it in February and S[redacted] Manager over phones calls and driving to the dealership. Over 15+ attempts. My car has a broken axle since purchase, no air conditioner (fuse) Manual gear shift is sloppy and cant get into gear, passenger door and window wont roll down or lock. Back speakers do not work. Lights on dash, you have to hit dash to light up. I have done everything and nothing. Have not made July car payment if I have to pay for repairs. Bought CAR 2004 Hyundia Santa Fe blue book only worth $2,500.00 and paid $6,995.00. Talk to S[redacted], R[redacted], the mechanic, etcDesired Settlement: Fix It all and compensate for the inconvenience. If the axle completely breaks on me or my son and an accident occurs I am contacting an attorney!
