We have read the customer's complaints with great concern. We reject all claims without written evidence, and assert that it was made quite clear, per our policies, that a warranty for out-of-town purchases would not be made. This has been our policy and practice for many years. As a
NAPA AutoCare Centre as well as a 15-year Used Car Dealership, we have immense pride in our continued commitment to act in good faith towards all customers As such, in spite of the customer having purchased the vehicle without prior inspection, which we suggested and encouraged, and in spite of not having a warranty, we are prepared to, without prejudice and without admission of fault, offer to compensate 50% of the costs of repair of the vehicle per the invoice provided to us by the client

To whom it may concern:We did infact resolve our dispute with the customer [redacted] back in March. As promised we had cut a check for 50% of the repair costs, $992.25 check #[redacted], for the customer sometime around March 9th. The customer received the check before the 25th, and took the dispute off his credit card like we had asked. We are both satisfied with how things sorted out.If you require any additional information please do not hesitate to contact us, we are more than happy to help!Kind regards,Michelle F[redacted]Office AdministratorMagic Auto Sales & Service###-###-####

OUTSTANDING! Great customer service and value. This company has a 3-month guarantee--I do not think you will find any sellers of used vehicles that have any degree whatsoever of warranty on their products. Very warm and patient staff--top to bottom. Many thanks.

Sold me a car that was ready to blow up. Land Rover 2008, nice car but should have taken an experienced mechanic with me. I would not have bought it then, saved myself a lot of money, but am still here making monthly payments with no car. None of the mechanics at magic auto are certified. The first day I got the car it said "low coolant," the associate at Magic auto assured me the coolant was fine and the message would go away. After the message stayed there the entire weekend I sent the vehicle back; where they would address that issue and also the sunroof that was would not shut. After "fixing" my vehicle, the sun roof won't open now, but that was the least of my worries because the car overheated so I sent it back again. This is where I found out the mechanics here aren't certified. They referred me to another business to fix the issue which is blown out head gasket. The business is called [redacted], who I will also be looking up on this website. Per the mechanic here the car was ready to blow up before my purchase and they kept my car for months to fix it. I picked up the car two weeks ago, gave them a check for $2,500, then later that day I notice a leak once again. I contact the mechanic who says to bring it back. The car is towed once again to the shop. The mechanic contacts me and says there is issue with the oil pump failing and leaking into the coolant. Now today the mechanic is claiming the head gasket is blown out once again and now he has to fix the head gasket "again." After a second opinion from another mechanic I was told if they fixed it the first time, it would not have blown out a day later. That it's impossible. So here I am today, stuck with a car payment and no car, constant run around and stress, stranded at my own home thanks to this business Magic Auto to begin with. Shady mechanic telling me one thing and doing another. It is my belief he didn't fix the head gasket to begin with; that he charged me the price for that, however "rigged" the vehicle to run. This is not right or ok, especially the fact that these two businesses are associated with each other.
