[redacted] - As you are aware this is an out of warranty issue We are no longer a [redacted] stair dealer, so therefore it is difficult to obtain the parts needed I am trying to accommodate you buy getting the parts for you or having a [redacted] dealer contact you and handle the service for you If there is an issue that is covered under the warranty I can take care of that for you immediately

first due to surguries I have see nerve problems in my haands which impacts my tyyping adverslyfirt,an action I filed earlier this year was dismissed due to the defendants refusal to follow the rule of typing acceptance or rejection.Instead he called me at home all"hail & hearty" and said it wwouldbe repaired forthwithThat was done then about days ago, in a very freakish acciden, as I got off chair to transferr, l lost my balance and somehow was pulled step by chair back down.I was even inside the chairAt the hospitalthey found no broken bones but serious and deep bruisingThe company would not respond.Tried to fix it over the tlelephone.I no longer trust the safety of this equiptment and certainly no faith in their interity.I have also pulled a deep stich and that may put me in the hospital with a serios infectioni no longer want the chair.I want them removed forthwith at their expense ans I do not care if they are resold.then at their expense fill the drill hholes so I can live here, it is obvious I will need to move asap.no one will buy it without a good mainance provider.I do no have it and no longer want them in my home the difficulty I have had with the house may steam from the facy I am an older woman,living alone and a retired LA Superiot court judge.I would never treat anyone so cruelly

I HAVE A DOCUMENT INDICATING THE EASY CLIMBER HAS A FULL LIFETIME GUANTEE. [redacted] DROPPED YOU BECAUSE OF POOR MAINTENCCE.NOW THEWHOLE MESS IS IN NORTH[redacted]. THESE ARE NOT PARRTS BUT JUST FFIXING THE SLIDE. ITT WILL TAKE ABOUT AN HOUR.IT IS VERYDANGEROUS FOR ME TO HAVE THIHS MACHINE IN MY HOUSE ,NOT OPERATING, DUE TO HIP AND BACK SURGERY.
