Magic Car Wash Reviews (2)

Review: On June 14, 2015 at approximately 10:00 am I took my white 2008 [redacted] 335i to the Magic Car Wash for a wash, wax, interior cleaning and to condition the leather seats. I saw a coupon deal on [redacted] for $40.00 exterior wash and wax. When I dropped of the vehicle I let one of the employees know that I had new tire rims on the car and asked if the rims would be damaged by the car wash machine. The employee assured me it would be fine and I followed his advice. I saw my car come out of the car wash and waited for it to be cleaned. Once the car was finished I proceeded to inspect the car to make sure everything was fine. What I found was the rear driver tire ream was scratched all around. I proceeded to inform the supervisor at that time named "[redacted]" and he inspected the rim then took off to ask other employees about how the car was washed. I told him it was taken through the car wash because I saw it when it came out. He insisted that the car was hand washed and the damage could not have been done on the machine. He said he was only a supervisor and could not do anything about it. He told me to return on Tuesday to speak to [redacted] or [redacted] the owners. He brushed of the incident and did not seem to car about what happened. I personally went inside to request the phone number of [redacted] and [redacted] from the cashier named "[redacted]" she kindly gave the information and I proceeded to call "[redacted]" myself. I told him I was at his car wash and informed him about what happened to the tire rim of my car and he said he would call [redacted] himself to find out more. After going back and forth at the end, [redacted] said the [redacted] coupon was for a machine car wash so he himself stated if would have gone through the machine, when he kept adamantly stating it was hand washed. His defense to the scratched rim was it could not have happened because it was "hand washed". I told him I saw it come out of the machine and requested the security video to prove the car was taken into the car wash machine scratching the rim.Desired Settlement: The tire rims on my car where not damaged in any type of form before taking it to the Magic Car Wash. Magic Car wash should take responsibility for damages and repairs on the rim. Not to lie to the customer in order to avoid responsibility for damage. We also became aware by the cashier "[redacted]" that she got in trouble for providing us the phone number of [redacted]. It should not be acceptable to mistreat employees who are willing to help customers.

Response:

in respond to your email, I personally spocke with this customer at the date of service, after he started to complain about rim damage. After a long discussion, we agreed that he brings the car to the car wash on Tuesday following the date of service so we could see the video together and I also see the degree of damage. This gentelman never showed up and didn't call us.The next thing I heard that you from Revdex.com calling and asking for respond. I am still interested to meet with this customer and evaluate the damage and discuss how we can solve this issue. Customer service and satisfaction is our number one priority and we have proven this in the last 25 years that we always provided the best service to our customers.I be more than happy to hear from this customer.Thank you,[redacted]

As of Monday February 16,2015 Mr. [redacted] has not received that invoice as Mr. [redacted] stated that he would do.Desired Settlement: We are seeking owner Mr. [redacted] of [redacted] and Collins [redacted] Plus to provide invoice that displays the following information : [redacted] plus business address, telephone, and invoice number, invoice dated 01/31/2015 following items replaced valve stem extension and tire sensor for Mr. Gibbs 2014 Cadillac XTS worked performed at same location.
