Magic Clean

Terrible experience I had pre organized cleanings weeks in advanceCleaners pulled a no-show in between renters in WhistlerThis meant our second set of renters (happend to be friends, thank GOD) had to clean the cabin themselvesThis was very stressful as I was out of town at the timeWhen they did come (days later) they took our linens and said they would cover the cost of that part (whish I did appreciate)...never removed it from the bill and lines took MUCH longer than it should have so friends slept without linens on bedsWhen they returned to do the "deep clean" they had suggested in the first place, the home was NOT deeply cleaned Dust on light fixtures, under sink was dirty as were cabinetsIt was a basic cleanWhen I wrote the owner to remind her to remove the linen charge from my bill and to let her know I was not satisfied with the "deep clean" she wrote me back with a simple "Fk You" (obviously in full language)This woman is unprofessional When I read her YELP reviews after the fact sadly, they were all bad except for oneThere are great people in Whistler with ethical, smart, efficient business people at the helm...Magic Clean is NOT one of them
