Review: On Sunday, December 1, 2013 at 10:00, I walked into Magic Dominican Hair Salon to get my hair done to find out the place was freezing cold. All of the hair stylist were wearing hats and scarves to keep warm. I asked my stylist if there was any heat and she said no. I was also told that the owner was made aware of the situation but refuses to fix the heating system. How does the owner except customers to have thee hair washes in freezing conditions. This is no way for the owner to treat her staff or her customers.This kind of service is unacceptable. With wet hair and cold temperatures my visit here was very disappointing and I'm requesting a refund. I would also like for your office to make contact with the owner to resolve thus issue immediately. In addition I would like to be notified when this issue has been resolved.Desired Settlement: Requesting a refund of $55
