Didn't receive credit for overpayment on prepaid gas.
On 6/22/18 prepaid $40 gas. Only pumped $28.70. Was told difference of $11.30 would go back onto debit card. Have waited, as they requested but money has not gone back onto the card. I travel contacted *** the owner as well as other people at Magic Fuel with no help getting my money. No call backs from several messages I've left. Now they won't answer the phone at all.
A refund of $11.30 please.
Hi my name is *** I am the owner of the above establishment. I have been at this location since 1997 and have always tried to do the right thing for customers. Normally on all debit or credit card transactions whatever is left if a customer does not purchase the full amount is refunded on to their debit or credit card. In this case the customer said she never received credit. I have no idea why and this is something that has never happened before. The difference is only $11.30 which I would be willing to cut a check to her for it's not a big deal. I have been away for the past month so I am just getting around to opening mail and that is why there has been a delay to get back To you in regards to this letter. But as I stated before if until today she did not receive credit for the $11.30 I would be willing to write a check for that amount to make things right. I apologize for the misunderstanding but hopefully we can make it right.
