Review: I am the community manager at [redacted] and I am dealing with the unethical/ fraudulant billing system of Magic Hands. I received a certified letter demanding payment of two invoices. One has already been paid in December of last year and I Emailed proof of cashed check to owner of Magic hands in Jan. I also E#mailed her about the double billing of several units that were cleaned. She would bill me for a unit clean and then once paid she would put that unit on another invoice for payment. That has totalled the amount of $830 in fraudulant cleaning charges. I emailed her this below in Jan. :

Attached is proof of payment for one of the unpaid items WS-9.26.14 on the statement you sent me. I really need you to get me a statement of items unpaid and give me an update on where this was applied I do not have the time to be finding these items as they have already been paid. Also I have some concerns that you have been double billing me for items??? Are you changing the invoice name? Because I need you to review the below items as it really upsetting to find I have been billed and paid for units being double cleaned within weeks of each other and not had been lived in? I keep track of every time I have paid for an apartment clean and below are examples of me being billed and paid for those cleans. Please investigate why theses cleans have been put on two separate invoices at two separate dates within 2 -4weeks and sent to me as if they haven’t been paid or they were full cleaned again..

THE DOUBLE BILLED AMOUNT IS $830.00.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE PLEASE FIGURE OUT WHAT IS OWED AND WHAT PAYMENTS YOU HAVE RECEIVED THIS IS TOO TIME CONSUMING FOR ME TO FIGURE THIS OUT AS I SPENT AN HOUR INVESIGATING THE ABOVE BILLING ERRORS AND IT IS OBVIOUS THERE IS SOME ISSUE BECAUSE YOU HAVE RECEIVED PAYMENTS AND CASHED THEM BUT NEVER MENTIONED A CREDIT DUE TO BILLING ERRORS AND IT IS EVIDENT THERE ARE SOME.ALSO IF YOU ARE CHANGING THE INVOICE NAMES ITS MAKING IT MORE DIFFICULT TO INVESTIGATE AND TAKE MORE OF MY TIME.Desired Settlement: I would like a billing adjustment in the amount of $830 for frudulant cleaning charges. She has forwarded me another bill in the amount of $845 but has not responded to my first email. She keep threatening collection however she has already been paid for one and owes us money.
