I am writing to you regarding Magic Media and my complaint. They arescammers on the internet who offer jobs, techniques to earn internet income and trainyou. You watch videos which show how well they are doing driving cars, havetestimonies from people from all walks of life and it sounds legitimate. Then you agree to pay $49.00 for the data and they go on to more of the stuff theyjust showed, but larger and better and you need $197.00 and you arc off and running. But each time you get to the site there is just more of the same. They took the money outand I am enclosing a copy from my credit card, on Feb. 5, 2014 and you have 60 days totry the product or money is refunded.I had a call from a gentleman who after talking we decided I was too old for thisprogram and I assumed that I would get my money back. Nothing happened so I got acopy of the Visa Statement with the information and began calling. No one answers, youjust leave messages. There are been no credits to my account to date after several calls where I left theaccount numbers and my e-mail address.I want a refund of $49.00 for account [redacted], andI want a refund of $ 197.00 for account [redacted]I also want them to stop sending me e-mails to say look at this or that they fill up my e-mail system.I don't believe they arc legitimate, but do prey on other people's accounts and takefrom them. There is money from cookie pop ups, purchases on line, etc. by others whichthey apparently intercept. If not it is a Ponzi scheme of some sort. I want no part of itand have tried to comply with their own words of getting out before the 60 days expired.Who knows how many people they are cheating and misleading?Any way you can help, I will appreciate. It will help others who might be misledalso. Most sincerely,[redacted]End: Visa statement
