Review: I purchased a phone case through [redacted] from Magic Mobile. On 1-*-15, after 8:00 pm I ordered a $5.00 phone case. On 1-* around 3:00 pm, I learned the seller would not cancel the order, nor correct the cost of shipping. The reason I contacted the company through [redacted]'s web site is I read the invoice from my email stating the total charge was $51.97. On 1-** I learned I could return the item and get my money back. 1-**, the item was delivered to my home. The next day, Thursday 1-** I learned that I would only get $5 back but not shipping/handling fee of $46.00. This was from an email and phone call to [redacted] at ###-###-####, at the company. Frustration lead me to try to reach [redacted] (no last name) by phone. His name is on the outside of the package, at the same phone number. I could not leave messages, nor were both calls picked up. I sent another email asking for positive compromise but have not received any more responses.

I am assuming the P O Box address in [redacted] listed at Revdex.com is the same as the street address I have on the outside of the package at [redacted]. in [redacted], **.Desired Settlement: I still have the phone case in the box, unopened. Is there a way I can get total reimbursement back - $46.99 for shipping and $4.99 for the phone case?
