MAGIC MOMENTS

Review: We purchased a DVD of the [redacted] performance at [redacted] on November 1, 2014 from Magic Moments where were onsite recording and producing the DVDs. The DVD did not play correctly so we called RJ Nelson. We were told to mail the DVD back to them and we would be sent a replacement. We mailed the bad DVD back on November 8, 2014 but we have yet to receive a replacement. Repeated attempts to contact Mr. Nelson have failed. We have left numerous messages on the answering machine and have not gotten any return calls. We contacted the director of [redacted] who said she spoke with Mr. Nelson who promised to return our call but as of today we still have heard nothing.Desired Settlement: We simply want a good copy of the [redacted] band performance at [redacted] which we purchased.
