with the other 3% credit card processing fees, Also regards the scratches on the walls we are going to send an specialist to care of the issue, at this time she is in Florida and this will take place in a weekend days later on when she is back.Tom S**Manager

I am rejecting this response because:Mr. S** sent an email saying a refund would credited back to my card, which is fine. That being said, upon my return from Florida I re-emailed him the photos of damages he claims he never received and have yet to get a response from him as to when damages will be fixed, and in the case of the damaged furniture, how it will be fixed (one of the items is an antique wall screen from Okinawa I inherited from my father who picked it up while stationed in Okinawa decades ago).
