Tried to purchase a usually in-stock buffet that was sold out Promised in-stock in days Still not here and issues with refund
My husband and I went to Tres Amigos/Speedway on 12/17/to purchase a buffet for my Christmas present When we got to the check out, the item was not available d/t their reduced inventory with their Holiday 1/off sale We were told by "***" that it was a regularly in stock item, and a truck would be in with more of them the week between Christmas and New Year'sThey would not sell the floor modelWe went ahead and purchased it since it was going to be in so soon I asked about their 8-delivery on "special orders", but *** said ours was not a special order, as it was one of their usual in-stock items We paid $in full via Chase debit card on 12/ We didn't receive a call that the buffet was in, so we called on 12/29/and were told by *** that the truck had not come in from their supplier, but should be here soon and to call
