I have done what Ms [redacted] asked us to do in the text messages we shared back and forth over this matter and will make them available to you to ready.We do not do landscaping at any over our jobsThis is the last sentence in our contract and it states "Landscaping not included." It is read to the customer and explained when the contract is signedWe will be doing digging in your yard and there is work your landscaper will have to do to repair some of your yard.We did not leave "hills"A ditch was dug for the sewer work from the garageIt was filled in and has a slight rise where it goes from the garage to the sewer hook up.This is not our responsibility to lput into its finish stageWe do a rough grade and it is the responsibility of the owner to finish this portion of the jobThe landscaping.Ms [redacted] asked us to pick up rocks behind her garage and move a piece of sandstone to the service door by the side of the garageWe were also asked to move the basektball hoop which we did.If this is so distressing to Ms [redacted] she should have a landscaper come in and repair what she feels is not proper.Ms [redacted] has done nothing throughout the spring and summer to remedy this and it is not our responsibility.The garage project was beautifulThere has been no objection to what we built.We are not landscapersMichael G***

We had an appointment with [redacted] *** on the stated dayAt 8:a.mwe saw that we would not be able to meet the client at his homeWe called [redacted] and left a message for him that we would not be able to meet him at 10:a.mWe asked him to please give us a call back so we could rescheduleWe never received a call back and the lead was never carried outI do not see where [redacted] could have tried calling us back for all our calls are through our cell phone that we use as we drive around and do our business.Michael G***

I told Ms [redacted] that we would be by on Tuesday to remove some rock and stone debris behind her garageThe basketball pole I will set up and put into position for her.As far as leveling off the yard it is stated in my contract "Landscaping not included" This is in the contract and it is read to each customer because when doing a project where a building is being erected there is going to be digging in the yardIn Ms [redacted] 's case the city asked for a sewer line to be installed from the garage to the storm sewer on the rear of her homeThis is shown to the customer when the contract is signedWhen we installed the sewer line it is covered up, and leveled as well as possibleIt is the responsibility of the homeowner to landscape after the factWe are not landscapers and we do not landscape the propertyIf I can be of any other help please let me knowMichael G***

The first item the fenceThe fence was always to be removedThe garage was built on the line of the fence and the right corner of the garage was placed where a fence post was standingThere remained a gate and two fence panelsWith the installation of the drive we spoke of having the fence removed to pour the driveway and because the elevations were entirely different*** *** asked for our carpenter to remove the fence panels, which we did2. The storm sewer was the first item we spoke ofAt the out set we told *** *** that a dye test would have to be performed, per the city of *** ***, to see if the storm sewer was hooked up properlyIf the storm sewer was not hooked up properly there could be a costly installationWe decided to pitch the rain water to the right side of the driveway, which we did3. The extra pour of the concrete was not in our contractOn the contract it shows the extent of the pour, and before the pour the garage and driveway was formed out with lumber to show exactly where the garage and driveway were to be pouredThis was accepted by *** *** and we poured the garage and driveway4. No project was “bailed on”The project turned out per contractWe stated to *** *** from the beginning of the contract that to properly complete his project that the back porch area which is also concrete should be completedThis *** *** did not want to doAnd up to this time we have not heard of any objections to the finish or sloping of the concreteWe would at any time have a representative of the Revdex.com, come and view the completion of this projectAs far as there being “concrete left all over my front yard” the entire left side of *** ***s yard was replaced with a concrete drive being replacedWe worked off the lawn on both sides of the driveway to finish and as it states in our contract, landscaping is not includedThis concrete though is usually from the tools and boots of the workers, and the grass comes back after a few cuttings5. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution cannot be fixed to Dwayne's word of coming back to fix the issue. I also took out the fence panels as was asked by Dwayne to do so the concrete could be poured his carpenter did not remove panel. Yes Water does run to my house not away from it however Michael did not respond to that comment. But as stated I cannot prove this. I just goes to show Its hard to find a good company to do the right thing. I did do all the Labor was asked to do. In which I paid them to do. And concrete does not go to corner of garage. It stops at the Garage door. I will Hire another company to fix
