I am rejecting this response because: Magic Roofing still has not supplied the Warranty...

paperwork for the shingles as they were supposed to.  The contract shows a 20 year labor warranty and the Manufacturer, Style and Color of the shingles, accompanied by the shingle manufacturer brochure stating that there is a Limited Lifetime Warranty.  However, Magic Roofing needs to fill out the Shingle Warranty paperwork and send it to us.  As mentioned before, I've spoken to and texted the owner several times since early spring of this year and he says he's going to put it in the mail, but has yet to do so.  Not professional!

I had my roof replaced by Magic. They did a nice job and 2 months later I have no issues with the roof. They used premium materials and I received the GAF warranty as promised. Roof was replaced and all debris cleaned up in one day.

Review: On Oct 18, 2014, my house had a new roof installed by Magic Roofing & Siding/[redacted] The crew finished all work by evening, it was dark, you could not see any problem areas. The crew was courteous and cleaned up impeccably; however, there were black hand print stains on our white siding, which was just painted last year, 2013. We don't have much money and saved to get our house painted and try to keep it nice. We called [redacted] numerous times to have someone come out with a ladder and clean off the hand print stains before they become permanently embedded. It would only take [redacted] a few minutes to do this. [redacted] continually promises to send someone to clean this, but no one ever comes. I can not climb on a ladder to do this cleaning due to seizure disorder, so it is not feasible for me to take this risk. All I ask is for a few minutes of [redacted]' time to clean these spots. It is now 2 months later, no [redacted], stains remain. Can you help us?Desired Settlement: Clean stains off my white siding from the roofers hand print stains.

Review: The roofing was done this past april and the company promised me a copy of the warranty and a GAF inspection of the work. I have called them five different times and each time I am told the warranty is in the mail,or the GAF inspector is backed up a couple months. I am fearful that there is no warranty or the GAF company is not aware of this job. I paid for the so called" gold plan" which involves an inspection by the GAF compay. Please help me get what I paid for, and thank you for your efforts

PS GAF is the manufacturer of the roofing materials and if you have the GOLD PLAN they will come out and inspect the contractors work.

I had siding installed by majic Co. a few years ago, and we just had a wind storm, and I also had Majic install their hurricane clips. Well this recent wind storm that was forecast ed about 40-miles per hr. and I had three sections of siding that came off the house.
My old siding, looked old so I had it replaced by Majic, but my old siding lasted for over 30-years without ever coming off the house ???

Review: Hired the contractor with the agreement that he would be responsible for obtaining all the proper permits and pay the permit fees. At this time, the project has been completed and the township has not granted the permit because the application was not complete. The contractor has been contacted several times and is very hostile and resisitant about providing updates about the situation. He continues to claim that he has submitted all necessary information to the township and has obtained the permit, but the township records show that no permit has been issued.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in cash of the cost for the permit and an extra amount to cover the time lost to resolve the issue myself.

Review: When I agreed to have Magic replace my roof, they promised a 20 year warranty on labor and that warranty was transferrable for 1 time. When the work was completed, I asked about the warranty. The person told me that they were going to mail me the forms. I never got them. I called about 2 months later and the person on the phone told me that I needed to register through the email they had sent me, even though they never sent me an email, he said he would send it. A month later I called and spoke with someone and he said that he didn't know what I was talking about with an email, he said that he would mail me the forms, I never got them. I have called 7 times and spoke with someone 5 of those times. The other 2 I left a message. Still no warranty documents. The last time I spoke with someone, and in the 2 messages that I had left, I explained that I am selling the house and that I needed the forms, I still don't have them. Every time I get someone on the phone they give me an attitude, like I am bothering them. Funny how they were very nice when they wanted my money and now that they have it they refuse to help, and for the last two calls, even acknowledge me. This is a misrepresentation of service as the company has not delivered as promised.Desired Settlement: Warranty documents proving that I have a 20 year warranty on labor and a 50 year warranty on the shingles, as promised by the company when I hired them. An apology and an explanation would be nice also but is not required.

Review: My wife and I had agreed to use magic roofing and siding after hail had damaged our home. We found [redacted] to be extremely knowledgeable about the products he sold and a very friendly guy. We agreed we have the work start on Friday September 20th so my wife could be home with our dog who has anxiety issues. We were told the work would be done in two days and everything would look great. On Thursday evening the day before work was to be started I got a call from [redacted] saying he was going to be unable to start work that Friday because his guys were still on another job. He then told me they would knock it out Saturday and Sunday. We agreed that although this was not what we were told it was acceptable and we looked forward to getting this job done. On Friday morning my wife called me to tell me there was a huge truck in our driveway dropping off materials, when I got home that evening I inspected these materials and noticed some of the trim blocks for our siding were not the color we ordered. I called [redacted] to make him aware of the problem and he told me not to worry he would get it taken care of. Saturday morning his crews started bright and early and although they were loud with banging they sure did hustle. Sunday morning came and there were no workers or trucks and we were very disappointed when we contacted [redacted] and he told us they ran out of materials and would not be able to finish it would have to be Monday. On Monday a small crew showed up and did some work but it was still unfinished. On Tuesday the crews were thrown off my property for not having a permit which [redacted] claims he pulled. The work was finally completed and cleaned up on Friday. We had some small things we went over with his foreman like caulking around the house that was not done and our shutters were hung up side down. Again wee were told they would stop back and address all concerns. Foolishly we paid him in full on the good faith they would return to correct our issues.Desired Settlement: We our seeking a refund on our siding and shutters

Review: My wife and I have contacted [redacted] (the owner and salesman) approximately 10 times to correct the completion of the contract. The roof was replaced last February (2014) and included a warranty, which we have not received the paperwork. When I contacted the warranty provider, they did not have us on their list and recommended resolving the matter with the contractor as soon as possible. [redacted] has answered and returned phone calls but replied with the warranty coordination was in an email (multiple times) and then in the mail. A couple weeks have passed since he mailed it, and it has been more than a month since he emailed it.Desired Settlement: The contract agreement included the warranty, which needs to be filed for by the contractor. He has not delivered on this item of the contract. If the warranty provider will not honor the application due to his delay in processing, Magic Roofing & Siding Inc still has an obligation to complete the contract or return monies corresponding to the line item (approximately $1000).
