Review: I [redacted] Came In the store ask the Man can he check to see if my cell phone was unlock he said it was and it was 54.44 to unlock it. I didn't know to much about it so I purchased it the man told me come back in 20mims I left the store and felt like it was a fraud I took matters in my owe hand and went to a Verizon store were my phone was purchased from I spoke with a Verizon Manger he said all iPhone 5 Verizon cell phones are already unlock even some other iPhone 5 as well to go get my money back I went back to get my phone from Magic Telecom told him why he's lien to me and took my money I call customer services in front of him he apologize said he would give me a full Refund back ask for my credit card on the first receipt it said Apprvd : Online when I first Purchased it. Then when the man ask for my credit card to give me a full refund on the Second Receipt it said Apprvd: OffLine he lied and never gave me a refund I call my credit card and nothing he's a Fraud And Want my Money Back I have Both Receipt still I send it to my bank.Desired Settlement: He's A Fraud stole My money

Review: My screen was cracked and the camera that faces the user on my iphone was not working properly. I brought it in to be repaired. They fixed it within one hour. I took the phone, got on the subway to go to rehearsal and discovered the speaker was no longer working. I had asked about the sound on the phone while in the store, before it was repaired. They agreed to fix it the following day free of charge. When I went in the next day after work, the manager told me they were not liable for the speaker repair and was going to charge me for it. When I protested he suggested I called the police, and said "We do not [redacted] our customers". He was the first to curse at me. I found this very insulting. They could not repair my phone at that time, because their repair station was being serviced. This is after they assured me the previous day the would fix it at this time. I agreed to go back the following morning at 10:30 am when they would fix the speaker. They agreed that the speaker issue was their fault. By Monday morning, the screen went black. I could no longer use the touch screen. I called APPLE customer service, who said that the problem was most likely a hardware issue. Their explanation was that when the screen was reattached the soldering had not been done correctly. This would mean that while the connections was full initially after a few days of normal use it would have become unattached, resulting in a short. I called back to ask for a refund, they refused. After the speaker incident I had considered filling a complaint. When I called back today to inform them of the problem, they insinuated that I had dropped the phone and was lying to them about the current condition. They even hung up on me after I asked them if the manager was in. I requested a full refund and a phone call from the manager for the following day, which would be tomorrow.Desired Settlement: Since MAGIC TELECOM was unable to provide ample repair for my phone, I think a full refund is in order. I intend to use this refund (approx, $80.00 for screen and $45.00 for the camera plus tax) to repair or replace the phone. I DO NOT trust them with any further repairs seeing as every time they fix it, something else seems to break.

Hi [redacted] this is [redacted] from Magic Telecom in Queens. We had an issue with one of the customer’s at our location and have successfully resolved the issue. We have provided the customer with a full refund and he was happily satisfied with the resolution. We try our best to satisfy every customer but once in a while a situation comes up when one of the parts replaced is defected partially and there is no way to test partially damaged phone parts unless the customer uses the phone.
