Magic Touch Appliance Repair

The only magic they are apparently capable of, is the one where your money vanishes with no trace. They were actually recommended by the manufacturer, so I thought I was safe.

$400 later, my washer/dryer was experiencing the exact same problem it had to begin with. They talked me into spending another $200 to fix something else. Nothing changed. So now they want another $900!

Even if I were stupid enough to throw more good money after bad, the odds are that it would still not be fixed. Not to mention that a new unit (it's an RV type) will cost less that their "repairs".

Now I know why they insisted on getting the $400 in check and the $200 in cash. But I plan to take them to small court.

Danny is absolutely terrible He came in on 9/2/to repair my furnace and charged me over for the priviledge He will charge you just to come to your house for the inspection and when he did, he just ran my thermostat and magically determined I needed a new computer board for the furnace, not once actually inspecting the actual furnace Because I was on the hook for dollars, I felt compelled to go with it He replaced the board and got it to work, without telling if its because it actually needed a new board or just fixing the furance itself Had I known it would have costed me over a grand I would have just bought a new furnace But of course he never checked if it blows heat as well Fast foward months I realized the heater wasn't working His warranty is day parts and a pathetic days on labor I asked him to come back to fix the heating, but he said he will charge me to just take a look at it again I asked him just as courtesy to a former customer to check what's wrong since he never checked to see if the furnace was heating in the first place I told him if it needs more repairs I'd be willing to be charged for his time He refused
