Please tell me how you would like to receive the copy of my receipt/invoice from my mechanic who looked at my car the day that this occurred. I understand that your employee's were trying to help. I feel this could have been avoided with proper communication all workers should read, write and SPEAK intelligible English. Smeared windshield, dry spots all over the car and headlights did not look any different than when I first took it in. Do not use this car wash or you'll regret it.
