I went to Tint Tek to get the windows of my truck tintedI had heard a lot of advertising and positive feedback about this businessI drive from the Milwaukee area to Madison to have this done as a resultThe first time I went, my wait time was minutes after my scheduled appointment timeAfter leaving, I found razor blades sitting on my seatsAfter days I was able to roll my windows down and found the tint was not done to the edge of the window as promisedAlso, the edging of the tint was jagged and uneven, as if a child had cut itI quickly called and reported my dissatisfaction with my windows and they were completely unapologeticThey stated I could drive back up and have them look at itI then made a second appointment and drove all the way back up to MadisonAt the second appointment there was no one at the counter and had to wait min just to speak with someoneI was again told they were "running behind schedule" and had to wait once againI also showed both their "technician" and the owner the razor blades that I had found on my seat and both were completely unapologeticThey blamed the poor work on being "very busy" that day and never once apologized for the shotty workThey directed me to the waiting room which legitamately looked like a dirty college dormatoryAfter they were finished with my second tint job I sat down on my seat and again found another razor blade sitting on my seatWhen I showed this to them they said "Oh" and were again very unapologeticNot sure how this place is still operatingUnprofessional employees and the owner spent more time standing outside smoking cigarettes than tending to his customersBeware

My tints were given to me as a birthday gift, with the promise that if I thought they didn't help the glare of the sunshine and bright oncoming lights at night, they could be easily taken offI never thought twice once they were applied - the very best film available, which doesn't interfere with signals for my cell phone, and they were installed within an hour's timeI was surprised to read here that the business had an "F" rating, based upon only two people's opinionsThe owner was cordial; the technician efficient and courteousI feel the Revdex.com isn't doing business a favor when they give out a rating based upon only two opinionsYou wouldn't believe an election poll based upon only two people's opinions, would you? I think Tint Tek the business - the owner and the technicians - are just fineAs I understand it, the owner took over only about a half a year agoPerhaps the negative reviews came from before the present owner took hold of the business

I went there to get my tints done. And they were done perfect! Couldn't be any happier with what they did. The owner Jeremy really knows what he's talking about and for the crew I'm happy with the service and my new tints. Definitely recommend Tint Tek for window tints! Thanks guys.

ONE OF THE WORSE TINTING JOB EVER ?? my windows  where SCORE pretty bad , my door panels broken, the paint job was scratched in different spots where they work, the tinting was full of bubbles and dirt, careless kids doing the job????????  I have to take my car to get it redone in another shop  they couldn't believe it how bad was it. Jeremy J. R[redacted] was rude and disrespectful ,he refused to refund my money back and pay for all the damage of my car????, they erase and block any bad review in they Facebook page too

I took my 2012 Cruze in to there shop on November 5th, 2016. I had them install window tint on all of windows besides the front windshield. I had an appointment at 5 they didn't start on my car until 545. I got my car back and found there was scratches on my doors and window frames, almost all them have some kind of damage. As well as a large gash in my interior, won't return any of my calls. Will be taking them to court

After leaving, I found 2 razor blades sitting on my seats. After 3 days I was able to roll my windows down and found the tint was not done to the edge of the window as promised. Also, the edging of the tint was jagged and uneven, as if a child had cut it. I quickly called and reported my dissatisfaction with my windows and they were completely unapologetic. They stated I could drive back up and have them look at it. I then made a second appointment and drove all the way back up to Madison.
