Mr [redacted] was explained and disclosed the Toyota 2year or mile complimentary maintenance program then informed that he could extend this program to a year or mile program(see attachment) Mr [redacted] declined thissee signature on disclosure form attached Mr [redacted] was also disclosed of any out of contract additions or verbal agreements which he signed The form states "Sold as is" this form in bold letters says "ALL SALES FINAL, NO VERBAL AGREEMENTS would be honored, which he also signed for.I do understand his perception that "the salesperson" told him and Mr [redacted] "didn't understand" but all the documents point to the fact that he was explained the programs by multiple staff members and his signatures on multiple forms stating this Unfortunately after the multiple explanations of Toyota's Program and the dealership paying the charges for two more services with additional explanations of the Toyota's Program, we cannot accommodate anymore services for Mr [redacted] at no charge Mr [redacted] must pay for any future services ***SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REDACTED BY Revdex.com***

To whom it may concern, The left rear wheel bearing was replaced by Magic Toyota on Mr [redacted] 's Lexus RXon July 20, when the vehicle had 44,miles The warranty for any part installed is months, unlimited mileage from the installation date I have attached the service part warranty document directly from Toyota that states the wheel bearing was covered until July 20, We would be more than welcome to look at the vehicle and determine exactly what needs to be done to take care of the noise, but Mr [redacted] 's coverage per Toyota ran out over 1/years ago on the wheel bearing Kevin N [redacted] Service Director

This is in response to the letter we received on March 15, The customer states they purchased a vehicle from Magic Toyota in Lynnwood Washington, they are trying to get items they were promised taken care of but are having a hard time getting
things resolvedMichael's Toyota of Bellevue is not part of Magic Toyota as doing business as the customer was told, we are not connected only by an owner and the two dealerships are separateI explained this to the customer, he understood and thanked me for the callI called Magic Toyota for the customer and got ahold of the used car manager, he will get in contact with the customer and get the issues resolved, since we have never seen this customer here at our dealershipThe customer was very happy we were able to expedite his concerns with Magic ToyotaWe consider this case closed

I have conducted and inquire on the transaction we received from you for *** ***, file #***
Magic Toyota sold this vehicle as we do all of our vehicles AS IS with no warranty, all warranties would be directly from the manufacture
and not Magic Toyota. I have attached signed documents where we disclosed this to Mr*** on three different occasions during the final transaction Though we inspect every vehicle for safety items such as brakes, lights and tires we cannot see into the future for items that are not found in our safety inspections. This vehicle having over 140,miles would be past any warranty available through the manufacture.

We apologize for any inconvenience in regards to this issueWe do work with a third party vendor that does our advertising for usIt sounds like they made an error when adding it to our websiteWe do have a clause at the bottom of each of our vehicle pages that reads, “Any agreement is
subject to execution of contract documentsEvery reasonable effort is made to ensure the accuracy of this dataPlease verify any information in question with a dealership sales representative.”

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting the response from magic Toyota because that's not what we have agreed upon Their response was that the agreement was years 25,miles with whichever one comes first come I already knew that before I even bought the car about the promotion that many dealerships offer when you buy a new carThe reason I rejected is the salesman who was also a driver like me selling cars that was promoted by the driving company that we drive for I felt like that was of conflict of interest and he knowingly aggressively trying to sell cars by saying two years maintenance free knowing as a driver how important it wasMagic ToyotaRid of the salesmen after the promotion endedThe manager Keith personally told meHe was going to take care of the remaining of the two years and not to worry and he did so over twice and then another manager said one more and I shall have no more free maintenanceMagic Toyota is trying to say I signed the papers saying this and that but verbal agreement is also an agreement we shook hands and they agreed on trying to sell a carThe promotion was a very bad deal not only for me but for many driversI have talked to several Drivers who could hardly speak English and I will be helping them all so they can complain what happened to them and their situation not only about the maintenance-free but also about getting bad loansI am asking the BBC to help me or direct me into another agency that could help me because I feel like what they did is wrong, I work really hard spent a lot of money on this car I deserve to be treated fairly.Sincerely,*** ***

The complimentary maintenance program is directly thought [redacted] not Magic Toyota.  Like all manufactures warranty it is years or mileage which ever comes first.  All warranties and programs were disclosed, given a copy and  signed for by the consumer.  Magic Toyota...

also offered to sell an extended program which the consumer declined at the time of sale.  At Magic Toyota's expense the consumer was also provided two more services for customer service and was informed no further free services would be give as each time we explained Toyota's program to the consumer in detail.

they refunded my money back. they also told me they gave the wrong diagnostic. they were so unprofessional. they were in the wrong. they also told me they would fix the problem, I have not hard from mock ford.

As I had stated before, I took my vehicle to another mechanic and it has been fixed. In most case, wheel bearing last 150k miles. In this situation, it lasted 35k miles. I hardly drive this suv and that is why there is such little uses. the only conclusion left is bad workmanship or defected parts.
I am still requesting reimbursement due to bad workmanship or defective parts.
