after I give them my credit card information few days later I found fraudulent charges in my credit card for movie theater tickts in pasadena ca

Hello,The box have been shipped through FedEx and the tracking number is [redacted]. Currently it is in transit and should be delivered today 9/19/2017.You can check the progress using this link: https://www.fedex[redacted]?action=track&cntry_code=us&tracknumber_list=...⇄ really apologize for the delay. Out customer service manager will follow up with Mr. [redacted]. Once the order is shipped, FedEx sends an email with the tracking number to the email we have on file which in this case it is [redacted].[redacted]@gmail.com. Not sure why Mr. [redacted] haven't received this email but it's possible the email was put on the spam folder.
