online purchase of streaming software funds were taken within Minuit's of transfer and software emailed to me, promise of it to work on windows pc did not work on two pc androids apk some work but buffer and others dont work, Not what they advertise sent emails incase I was doing something wrong and no reply to any same situation with phone call.

I was hesitant to buy Magic TV Canada because some of the bad reviews online. But there were good ones too. So I took a chance and was really happy with the software and feeds. I did encounter 1 issue.. I couldnt get the channels to play. But after a few minutes of help from Magic tv. It was my firewall that was blocking the channels. So it was fixed within 5 minutes. You get all major networks and channels.
I give it 5 stars. I think some of the bad reviews are from people who have their firewall blocking the channels. So it is a very easy fix. Just ask for help.

A great cable alternative

... just a bunch a free app you can find anywhere .. and a buch of url in a text file ....

I have ordered (around Dec.20, 2018) a "magic tv stick" following a series of quick e-mails back and forth with a person named *** and last time I've heard from him was on the same day saying the stick will be send first thing in the morning so I can have it before Christmas
I have never received it and kept sending messages back to *** which never replied
I tried to call the number provided but nobody ever answered or ever replies to voice mails I left
It's been very frustrating to be able to contact them so easily before payment and to find that impossible after that

I have emailed wishing information and specs about hardware compatiblity. the next thing I get is is this email stating below. Quite intresting though. I only emailed once, got a 3 work reply, emailed again, and then this. I would be very concerned. both about using someone else's software, this is why I wish to use android box.

I am submitting my review for MagicTV.
I was reading online about the mixed reviews, but is seems many customers are just computer illiterate. You do need to have at least, a little knowledge of computers or android systems. Just find a kid in your family to install, in just a few minutes - haha.
The software has never gone down on us and has been stable 100% of the time.
We get all the sports and TV shows we need. We got really sick of paying for cable.
Thanks to MagicTV, Bill and Joseph for helping me when I has an issue with getting ***. It was fixed within an hour.

it has now been about a month and I have still to recieve my usb stick When I contacted them they said the package was returned as un-deleverable and they would re-try. After that not a single word from them whatsoever and the number no one ever picks up

I have not received my package from magic tv Canada. My order has been done 3 month ago and they do not respond to my phone calls and message. I highly not recommend it. I do not even think they are existing.

. they will send you a list of links that you can find online and most of the links you have to signup to access the content, some you have to pay for it. Do not buy any of the product or software from them its a big waste of money. you can find all the channels you need and movies right on google.***. I wasted my money and got nothing like they promised. They just send you bunch of links to other websites and most don't even work.

On October 26, 2017, I purchased what I thought was proprietary software to allow streaming of tv shows/movies. What I received after purchasing the item was actually links to various freeware sites that DO NOT work. When I emailed them for technical support, I received some instructions but again it did not correct the issues. I have contacted Magic TV Canada via email asking for a refund however have received no response.

On November 4th, 2017 I ordered Magic-TV Canada's Download package for $59.99. Once ordered it took minutes for them to claim my money through an interact payment.

Once I received the product I was very surprised that all was included were just basic links that could be found anywhere on the internet, some of which were not even working. On the 7th of November I contacted the company asking if I was missing something and was hoping there was more to their service. I did not receive a reply. On the 8th of November I wrote them again asking them to refund my money. On their site it was very clearly written that they had a "FULL 1-Year Money-Back Guarantee!". Again I heard nothing back from the company. I subsequently sent emails on the 9th, 10th and 15th repeating my request for a refund of my funds.
