Review: I order a color wheel from this company to fix a tv. The part was ordered online and shipped the very next day. When it arrived it was apparent without opening the packaging around the color wheel that is was damaged. The item was sent back with [redacted] to the company as I would not accept ownership of the item. It was returned to the seller a week ago and they never notified me it was received. I was told the day that the item was sent back to them that once they received it I would get a refund. I called this week to speak with the employee who shipped the product out who stated his boss would not authorize a refund until [redacted] paid them for the damages to the package. I have requested to speak to the manager a couple times with no success and he has not called back. This claim with [redacted] is none of my concern nor should it have any bearing on the refund of my money. On top of that the seller has the audacity to say I will not be refunded for shipping on a product I did not take ownership of / was broken / and they have no replacement for the part. Holding the refund hostage in the first place is horrible business practice. Second if you file a claim against damage caused from the shipper they will refund the shipping and cost of the item. I deserve a full refund immediately and will take further action if this is not received early next week. I have already filed a complaint with [redacted] and my bank and will be filing other complaints with the state attorney generals office if the seller does not refund me the full purchase amount.Desired Settlement: FULL REFUND SENT BACK VIA [redacted] IN THE AMOUNT OF 81.33 by August [redacted] 2014.
