I am rejecting this response because: while we do now recognize the vacuum is ours, it was clearly knocked around quite a bit during shipping and/or repair. Mike promised during the sale he would drive down anytime to service the vacuum and failed to do so, resulting in the damage incurred during shipping. The drive-assist functionality is easily or times worse then it was before the repair. At a minimum, we should be compensated for the damage incurred as well as for the time spent without the use of the vacuum. We are significantly dissatisfied and would actually prefer a refund at this point in time

In response to complaint ***, upon selling to *** ***, I promised a number of items. I sent out a reconditioned Kirby to give to her Church, a shampoo system, belts, bags, a quart of shampoo and a floor soap. I still owed her car vacs ( which were backordered at the time)
and more bags.I have since sent out the car vacs, as well as Tile and Grout Kit, Miracle Shine Kit and more bags which should complete all promisesThese additional items were direct shipped from Kirby World Headquarters. Tracking number is ***. I also called customer and informed items were shipped already.Thank you!

Dear *** ***, Upon receiving this complaint, we immediately contacted the customer to arrange to come by and fix the Kirby vacuum for freeWe made an appointment, picked up the Kirby vacuum and dropped it off at the service center. It was fixed for free and is available
for pick up at the service center minutes from customers home and have informed the customer. To address the missing items, we sent a brand new and improved Kirby shampooer system direct from factoryI'm not sure how our customer fell through the cracks in the pastSincerely,Mike D***

At the time the customer contacted Revdex.com, we had already agreed  to cancel the contract on the Kirby.  We we're just trying to find the time to travel to Nevada and pick up the Kirby.  Shortly after, they made this complaint, we did reach the customer and made arrangements for them to...

drop off the Kirby at the service center in Twin Falls Idaho.  So the contract is cancelled, the customer knows this, and they said they will be bringing the Kirby to the service center.  We would have responded to this complaint sooner but we did not received the Revdex.com complaint until today.  Thank you! Sincerely, Mike Dansie

Promised items has been shipped through UPS.  Tracking number [redacted]  was provided to the customer through text message. Thank you very much.

Dear [redacted], On 1/10/2018, we have spoken to the customer, we have apologized for the delay in regard with her service issue on her Kirby vacuum cleaner and the customer informed us that she received a different vacuum from the service center.  She gave us her Kirby serial number...

([redacted]) and the serial number on the vacuum that she received ([redacted]) from the service center.  On 1/11/2018, we called Kirby Company to get information of the serial number that she have given us that wasn't hers, the lady we have spoken at Kirby Company said its not a correct serial number so we contacted the customer to double check if what she have given us was the correct number, unfortunately, she looked at the bottom of the motor unit where she mistakenly assumed that the number she saw was the serial number, so we told the customer that the serial number can be found on the side of the machine where its engraved. In short, she did received her own vacuum with the correct serial number ([redacted]). The customer did acknowledge that it was her Kirby.  However, we do take full responsibility on taking a little bit longer with her service issue which we'll make sure to never let it happen again in the future. Our goal is to always provide a prompt, courteous and free service to all our valued customers. We did send out a letter of apology to the customer and we will be sending a year worth of supplies for free as well. Thank you very much!

On this date, 1/17/2018, we contacted Tiffany [redacted] by telephone and informed her we will send a brand new Avalir Kirby motor unit.  She seemed very happy with this arrangement.  I will send this within 7 business days (brand new factory fresh motor unit)..
