Company states: Before we touched the carpet we told her that we cannot guarantee that we can remove any stainsThe condition of the carpet was already bad for a long timeWe told them that we can clean it but we cannot promise removeWe cannot make it clean and look like brand new if it is so

Review: On 3/18/2015 I called the company and received a quote over the phone for 109.00. On 3/21/15 he arrived he wanted 50 dollars more to get a couple of stains out. He kept saying that it would be a good investment and he would guarantee the stain to be removed. I agreed and when I went back the stains were still there and the carpet felt complete wet. I called him immediately and she stated he would come back that week to take a look at the problem areas. After a couple of missed appointment without prior notice I continued to reach him and finally on 4/17/2015 he just refused to come or correct the issue. He advertised customer satisfaction but as you can see his actions speak contrary. I saw on [redacted] that he has done this before and I'm sure he is still doing this. I wish I would have seen the [redacted] review before I call him for his services.Desired Settlement: Refund or to come back and clean it again.
