Review: I agreed to pay $285 for 2.5 hours of entertainment at my daughter's Christening. The package I purchased incuded clown entertainment, Elmo, face painting balloons and a parachute game. The clown came 1.5 hours late, stayed for an hour and skipped the face painting and the parachute game. He also did no clown act. He only dressed up. He said that I had to pay the full amount and that the manager would "work something out with me" for my son's party the following weekend. After ignoring my calls for several days and the manager never being available, they insulted me by offereing me free popcorn for my son's party. Additionally, several guest later reported to me that the clown took a shot at the bar.Desired Settlement: I should get a refund of $100 for the hour of games and activities I apid for and did not receive.
