Horrible. They dnt follow state regulations I was overcharged along with many others. I complained to turnpike so they called me down for new receipt all to chase me down n beat me up n then had local police charge me with bogus harassment

Review: My husband hit a deer on the pa turnpike mile marker 50/51on october 27th 2015, when the tow truck was dispatched to the seen the tow driver asked if our van was fully insured. When we told him it was, but I also have AAA. He refused the AAA insurance and insisted on using my car insurance. He billed my insurance company $547.00 for towing 12 miles! I called and asked why is this so much money?? I insisted that another tow company take my van from his shop. He refused to release it until he was paid cash or business check and was going to charge storage every day until my insurance company mailed the check and it was in his hands. He is contracted with AAA and AAA filed a complaint to the PA turnpike commission about his business!!! He was forced to take my AAA insurance! He is defrauding the insurance company by refusing to take AAA when he is in contract with them, and then billing these huge amounts to the customers insurance companies. Please help me stop him from doing this to the next insurance company! Thats why are premiums are so high because of theives like him!Desired Settlement: Insurance fraud charges! Loose his privleges to tow for the PA turnpike.

Review: I broke down on the Pa. turnpike at the Irwin exit. The turnpike commission sent a tow truck from Magill's(whom they have a contract with) to tow me to their shop in Pitcairn.I was told that my car could not be repaired that day so I rented a car and drove on to my destination.(Ohio)I returned home to pa. a couple days later.I received a call from Magill's telling me that it would cost close to 1250. to repair my car. I gave them the go ahead to fix it.The next 2-2 1/2 weeks consisted of my calling Magill's and hearing that the car hasn't been fixed yet due to too many other cars to repair, waiting on a part, or the best one was a mechanic will call you back. Calls were not returned and my car was unavailable to me for one day shy of 3 weeks after they got it. I was angry, upset, and unable to do anything about it. They should have told me up front that it could take weeks. I would have then had the choice to leave it there or tow it home for repair.I feel they took advantage of me because Im a woman and they were unethical in their treatment of me. Desired Settlement: I had to pay folks to haul me around for appointments, groceries and such so I think Mr. [redacted] should refund at the very least half of what I paid him.(618.00 should be refunded)It was awful to be carless for 3 weeks.I would also wish that the turnpike commission would send questionairres to folks who have used their towing choices to see if people are being treated fairly. Thank you.
