I am Maritza, the owner of Magly's Flowers. I have received a complaint letter about one of our orders. From my understanding, this order was a gourmet basket that we filled to value with similar goods because we didn't have the exact products from the image online. We were not informed that the...
recipient had a condition where she is only allowed to consume certain foods. We do apologize for the inconvenience. To solve this issue, the customer has requested to be refunded 50% of the order value. The gourmet basket was of a $55.00 value. We can refund the $22.50. Please let us know when to move forward with the refund. Thank you so much.
