Was offered a option of free gifts with shipping and handling fees through Amazon for customer. after initial payment, was charged another payment. after disputing with my credit card provider, company sent fraudulent paperwork to support that product was a free trial and payment would proceed if no cancellation. there were no statements regarding free trials or membership. Company cannot be reached by phone. All information for company is deceptive, the order process is deceptive, and is only a way of charging your credit card at their discretion under the guise of non disclosed free trial and/or membership.

Billing Adjustment Will gladly return watch, the company can keep the shipping and handling fee. I don't want to be charged for a product I didn't knowingly subscribe to. would like the charge disputed again, and my $98.00 returned. The people who fraudulently use this tactic should be prosecuted and jailed. Using fake websites under real websites to deceive and steal money from credit card holders.
We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter, as customer satisfaction is our top priority. *** placed an online order on 10/27/2017 for a trial period of our Womens Alpha Watch. All customers are required to check a box prior to order submission indicating that they have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the trial offer. No order can be submitted or successful unless the customer checks this box and selects to submit the order.
We do state that when placing an order all sales are final.
We did not receive any such cancellation request for these trials within the trial period; and consequently *** was charged for the watch received . As of 11/24/2017 we received notification that the customer filed a dispute on the charge with the financial institution link to the method of payment. Due to the chargeback on the most recent transaction we are unable to process the request for the refund. Additionally, as stated in our terms and conditions of which the customer agreed to at the time the order was placed, we do not accept returns for refunds, all sales are final. The customer will need to correspond with their financial institution in regards to obtaining a credit.

My husband got A heart necklace for me for our anniversary. I called them on 9/25/17. The lady I talked to was at times hard to understand. I asked that she cancel it before there is any more charges. We went back and forth a bit more because it was hard to hear each other but in the end I offered to send back the necklace but she told me that it was to start and no cost. I even said it back to her and she said yes. On 10/20/17 I sat down to balance my checkbook and There was a charge from them on 9/25/17 for $97.21 and it was not there when I had talked to them that day.
I called them again when I found the charge and when I spoke to them I told her I wanted them to pull the tape from the first call and she just ignored what I asked and kept telling me that it was there when I first called. I know it was not and I was promised no further charges.
