To Whom it May Concern,The part in question is an oversized "High Performance” exhaust systemThe original equipment exhaust is 2-1/4", our unit is 3", the combination of the Larger Diameter Tubing and the altered suspension on this vehicle causes the exhaust to sit lower than it was designed to
sitThe consumer complains of 1" of clearance, according to the pictures provided by the Consumer, this is an obvious exaggerationThe exhaust does not hang any lower than the wheelsThe thickness of the tire is the least amount of clearance the exhaust has to the ground (Approxto 2-1/2")To date systems have been soldWe currently have complaints of this type of fitment issueBoth complaints have been recorded in the past days, both Consumers are friends from the same area, belong to the same forum and purchased from the same retailerThe system carries a Limited Lifetime Warranty against Manufacturers defects, if the system was truly defective, our Warranty states that the system will be replaced at No Cost to the Consumer.Regards,*** ***Manager

Your right I've doubled checked and measure I have around 2" clearanceI've had to get it adjusted and the most I got was an extra half an inchAccording to the exhaust installer, they said fitment is not goodThere is greddy who also has 3" pipes but yet has perfect clearanceI've looked at the bottom of the exhaust and if the design was better it would tuck right underneathI've posted it on forums and received feedback within the Subaru communityThey sold their product and bought something else with better fitmentI wouldn't complain if I didn't bottom out twice within the first weekBut after talking to customer service and hearing their responses I'm never buying from you guys againWhy would you even sell this when it has horrible fitmentBad for street and trackThis is the worse product I've purchasedIt's also the first time I've filed a complaint on Revdex.com, and the first time I've dealt with magnaflowI would recommend any wrx owners to stay away! Also if your going to treat your customers like this good luck increasing your salesGood luck selling to the Subaru community.

To Whom It May Concern,Magnaflow has a Policy in place for Business's that have previously sold Magnafbw Product and are now out Of businessI tried reaching out to the Consumer to discuss this Policy and he was on a and not have all of the requestedinformation availableHe did say that since
filing the complaints against Magnaflow and the Retailer that the Retailer has also contacted himSo in actuality, the Retailer IS NOT out of BusinessI wil fonow up with the consumer once he retums from his vacation to make sure that the Policies are followed and the Warranty is taken care ofIt should also be noted that ALL calls coming into Magnaflow are logged and there is No record of previous contact by this consumer

[redacted] from magmaflow did reach out to me while I was on a cruise and yes I told him I would get back to him when I returned. He also stated he has no record I ever contacted magnaflow. Not only did I obviously contact magnaflow but it was [redacted] I was dealing with. I have emails from him. And yes the retailer did contact me recently finally and they informed me that magnaflow told them if I returned the exhaust system they would give me a credit. I'm not quite sure what that means but how do I return my exhaust system? I use the truck daily. At this point they need to send me a new system and I will return the old one in the same box. Is that so unreasonable?
