Review: On March **, 2014 I placed an online order AND paid for a 1x MAGNETIC WRAP SET - 8 Piece Wrap Set. I had not received my order so I contacted [redacted] at Magnet Emporium by email to inform him. He replied that the item is on back-order and would be arriving next week (the week of April [redacted]) and that he would ship it " as soon as it arrives." He never sent the item I paid for and he replaced it with a cheaper item that I am unable to use. I sent two more emails looking for my original promised order, May [redacted] and June [redacted], and received no reply to either.Desired Settlement: I wanted, paid for, and was promised a 1x MAGNETIC WRAP SET - 8 Piece Wrap Set and that is the item I want.
