I later took a look at my service contract and noticed that I was covered for "wear and tear". I remembered that a few weeks earlier I had brakes replaced and the mechanic telling me that it would not be covered because it was normal wear and tear. Since my contract covered me for wear and tear, I assumed the brakes were covered so I submitted another claim. The same Claims adjuster called me back and again was rather impolite and left a message for me to stop "wasting his time". I called back to get a clarification of the wear and tear clause in my contract. During the conversation, Larry called me STUPID, DUMBO, RDED, AND A SHUMK among other things. When I asked for his last name to report to his superiors, he responded JACK ME OFF. Having had enough of this abuse, I dropped the F-bomb to him which, of course was wrong but not unjustified in my eyes. If I could give this company a minus star, I would. I would never do business with a company that has absolutely no customer service skills.
After reading all of the “negative” reviews regarding warranty companies, I realized that no one takes the time to write positive reviews on their behalfI purchased the Factory/Factory Exotic coverage plan on my BMW back in To date, this company has covered my fuel injectors, water pump, alternator, and (as of last Tuesday) my transmission, which is costing over $7,to repairI have spoken with one of the claims supervisors, Jim on multiple occasions and he has been nothing but helpful throughout the processCustomers just have to be patient, as inspectors have to come out to fully diagnose the cause of failure before the company can approve any repairs be doneI have had to pay very little money out of pocket (diagnosis, tear down fees, and deductible) in comparison to what I would have had to pay without this warranty packageI give them an A+ and recommend buying their extended warranty!
My backup monitor went out. RV shop said I needed a new digital monitor, as this monitor isnt made anymore. Warranty Co. refused a new monitor and authorized $125.00 in parts and $25 in labor to rebuild monitor. RV shop doesnt rebuild monitor and when I called two other shops they said the same thing, but would order me a new one. I paid $285 for a new monitor and $105 for an hours labor for a new one. My deductible is $200, but Warranty Co new this. Good price for warranty, but not worth it if not honored. This was my 2nd time , my warranty has been denied.
I have several BMWs with Magnetized Marketing and this is the second time that the car has an issue, the specific issue is listed as something being covered, however they deny it with very unreasonable comments. Try calling the adjuster, who is just a single person that's very arrogant that hung up the phone while I was still talking to him. The BMW dealer called me today telling me that he hung up the phone on them as well and is no longer picking up. I am not sure how this company survives, but I will make sure to report them to their regulator. Is that's the service they are giving, they should be out of business ASAP !
Great coverage for my Land Rover! Claims handled properly and efficiently! Well worth my time and money! Was good at the dealer and my private mechanic. I highly recommend them!
Did they pay you to give this review. They are a scam
After reading all of the “negative” reviews regarding warranty companies, I realized that no one takes the time to write positive reviews on their behalf. I purchased the Factory/Factory Exotic coverage plan on my 2007 BMW back in 2013. To date, this company has covered my fuel injectors, water pump, alternator, and (as of last Tuesday) my transmission, which is costing over $7,000 to repair. I have spoken with one of the claims supervisors, Jim on multiple occasions and he has been nothing but helpful throughout the process. Customers just have to be patient, as inspectors have to come out to fully diagnose the cause of failure before the company can approve any repairs be done. I have had to pay very little money out of pocket (diagnosis, tear down fees, and deductible) in comparison to what I would have had to pay without this warranty package. I give them an A+ and recommend buying their extended warranty!
Great Warranty coverage for the money! Saw the contract first and they were very honest and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them!
