What a great company!! I originally went with Magnets USA because they were more affordable than a previous company I had used After placing my order, I realized that I had made a mistake
I called customer service, and after a brief automated message, a real human being picked up! They worked hard and totally solved my problem They even promised to call me back and two hours later, I got a return call, stating that my problem was solved
This company produced a quality product at an affordable price, with GREAT customer service! And I love the fact that they are local, not a huge conglomerate I promise, you will be happy that you chose Magnets USA!

I think this company has changed hands. Worst customer service. I used them for years but now when I call on my order I get people on the phone that sounds like they retired 40 years ago and are now working again and it's like arguing with your grandparents as you cannot get a word in. I also think they are using cheaper products too last a couple of years as the calendar pages seem to just fall apart.

Magnets USA royally screwed me over. Although I placed my order in Mid November they screwed up my order, and I am STILL waiting on the re-make. Which, they've been saying will be shipped "any day now." Needless to say I've canceled and scratched them off my vendor list. I have never had issues before, so it's a shame.

Review: I ordered 600 calendars from them and they came in illegible. I accepted the proof online because everything was correct, there was no way for me to know it would be so samll that it couldn't be read when printed. The reason for the calendars is for my clients to be able to contact me so them being able to see the information is very important.

I tried to resolve this with them directly but the best they will do is 50% off calendars that I have to peel and stick my own business cards on (so I can get them in time for the holidays) which is $111 more (I paid $301.20 for the original order) plus shipping and handling (to get them in time I'll not sure how much that would be but my original was standard shipping at $25.20) and the order would include 600 more envelopes that I wouldn't need but they aren't willing to reduce the price and not ship the envelopes.

Plus I would have to buy 600 business cards and my time to peel and stick them all on. With all of this I would be around another $200 out of my pocket and more money in theirs for their very poor quality product.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded in full for the bad product they sent ($301.20) or they can send 600 of the peel and stick calendars at no charge to me to replace the bad product they sent.

Magnets USA contacted the customer immediately to discuss to resolve. Apparently the customer used one of our templates on our website that was approved by the marketing departments of specific real estate company . Generally our customers love this is a quick and easy service we offer to the customer for free. In this situation, the particular template the text does appear to to be lighter in color than would be expected if viewing on a monitor. As a result we will be requesting a sample so that we can review with our corporate partners and printing team to eliminate this issue in the future. Also we will be glad to send the customer 600 of our Peel n' Stick calendars for fast replacement as she requested.
