We truly appreciate the opportunity to address this matter, as customer satisfaction is our main priority.We do show that the customer placed an order for [redacted] and [redacted] on 2123/for our risk free day trial periodPlease note that we also allow time for shipping and receiptAll customers are required to check a box prior to order submission indicating that they have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the trial offerOur terms do state that if the customer wishes to discontinue with either product that they contact us either via email or phone to cancel within their trial periodThis merchandise shipped on 2/27/with the tracking number [redacted] We received a call post billing 3I16/where the customer requested to cancel all future billings Thp rpprpsAntativp handld thA custmr's rqust, at thA timA of tha call VVA issud a refund of $on 3/27/which we show to be successfulAlso a notification was sent to us that the customer filed a dispute with their issuing bank and at this time where this has been filed we are unable to release any additional credits.We do hope that this credit does satisfy this complaint and please let us know if there is anything further that we can assist with
