Review: On October *, 2015, I entered the store and was immediately pressured into making a purchase. They said that they needed the money. I purchased a silk rug and some figurines, totaling $11,000. They had me sign a purchase agreement that they had placed a piece of paper over immediately under the signature line. After returning to my hotel, about 1 to 1-1/2 hours later, I telephoned the store and told them that I wanted to cancel the transaction. They told me that they would. Nevertheless, a [redacted] driver showed up at my residence on about October **, 2015, with a package from Magnificent Obsession. I refused delivery, and the documentation provided me by [redacted] indicates that "Banis" signed for the package on November *, 2015, at 11:38 A.M. I have spoken to "Tiffany" at this business, who said that what I signed was an agreement that there is a no return policy. Finally, "Tiffany" stated that they would charge me a "restocking" fee of 18% and the return shipping charge and that they would refund the balance. I have received no money from this business, and they have the merchandise. I am a 76 year old widow, weighing barely 100 pounds, and I really felt that they intimidated me into making the purchase in the first place. "Tiffany" will neither answer nor return my telephone calls.Desired Settlement: I would like a credit of $11,000 to my Citibank [redacted] account.

Review: I bought two vases from the gallery on July **, 2015. Konstantin promised to ship the vases to my China address, but after waiting for three months, the vases weren't arrived. I had my friends in the US call the store numerous times. Finally in the beginning of December 2015, Konstantin agreed to refund the full amount to my credit card. However, after a week, the credit wasn't shown on my card. My friend started calling again to demand the refund receipt. The store people from Konstantin, to Vera, to Justin, to Tiffany kept playing [redacted] Just don't understand why it is so hard to show the refund receipt. The only explanation is the store is some sort of fraud. Just because I live in China, it doesn't mean they can cheat international customers. I didn't receive any products, so I demand a full refund.Desired Settlement: Refund the 3000 dollars I paid for the vases.
