Kavita emailed us and we responded within the hour with information on where the tickets could be picked up [redacted]

As Steffen says, he was refundedThis isn't a marketing scam, we had multiple issues with ticket vendors and once it became apparent that our distributors were not reliable, we stopped selling tickets to events.I know this does not help Steffen as his tickets have been canceled and refunded but we will not be selling tickets to any more events in the future

I spoke to Lauren who has refused to be wired a refund and instead has chosen to dispute this charge with her credit card companyThis chargeback has already been filed.We are processing her refund for membership fees which will be received within business days

First off, my name is not KavitaSecondly, whatever system/method/medium of communication Magnises has in place is not reliable in terms of delivering messages as I clearly pointed out in my complaintI sent an email ~ minutes before it was received by whatever platform you sent a screen shot of. With that being said and put into light, this system you implement is the source of this problem as it does not/did not push out the message shown to be sent to me until a point later than that shownBecause of this unreliable system, Magnises should take full responsibility of not being able to deliver this information to me in the form in which I initially reach out to them (E-mail)Taking accountability would be wise in such a case.
