emailing her with login information and where her retail product credit is , along with a temporary password and my direct phone number for her to reach out to me tomorrow. I will follow up with her in the next day or so to walk her through the back office order. She sounded grateful for my call and will review the information tonight and call tomorrow.
I first learned of this complaint via letter on Friday, May 6. I immediately sent an email and left a message for [redacted] reaching out to her to offer my assistance in getting closure on this matter. I did not hear back and gave her a call today, May 10 at around 11:30 am....
I was able to speak to [redacted] and she asked that I contact the Independent Consultant that attended her party. In order for me to proceed with what [redacted] has requested, I need additional information from [redacted]. [redacted] shared that she is very busy and may need additional time to look into this matter and respond to me. I am re sending [redacted] an email with my contact information and will reengage with her on Friday, May 13th if I have not heard from her.
